Vision
Our vision is to create a future where girls are at the forefront of technological innovation and digital transformation, we envision a world where gender equality is the norm in tech industry and girls have equal opportunities and representation in ICT careers. By breaking barriers and providing girls with inclusive and quality ICT training like Website training and Hosting, Database and Management, Software Engineering and Production Computer repair and networking alongside Business Accounting we aspire to cultivate a generation of confident, skilled and empowered girls who will embrace technology as a catalyst for positive change through our efforts, we aim to inspire a diverse community of female tech leaders who drive innovation, sharp the digital landscape, and contribute to building a more inclusive and equitable society.
Mission
To empower girls through comprehensive ICT training, enabling them to confidently navigate the digital world and thrive in a technology driven society.
We are dedicated to bridging the gender gap in the Tech industry, and thrive to provide girls with the skills, resources, and opportunities needed to pursue successful careers in ICT.
Goals
- Increase the number of girls enrolled in ICT training programs by 25% within the next year.
- Achieve a 50% increase in girls pursuing ICT careers within the next three years.
- Establish a mentoring program to connect girls with successful female Tech leaders with in the next 6months.
- Encourage girls to develop innovative technology – best solutions to address community challenges.
Objectives
- Increase access to ICT training for girls. To reach more girls and provide them with opportunities to acquire ICT skills, regardless of their social economic background or geographical location.
- Empower girls to pursue careers in the Tech industry. We aim to equip girls with the necessary knowledge, skills, and confidence to pursue and succeed in various ICT careers, encouraging them to become leaders, innovators, and change makers in the industry.
- Forster a supportive community of Female Tech leaders. We seek to build a strong community for girls in ICT, providing mentorship, networking opportunities and support systems that foster collaboration, knowledge sharing and growth.
- Drive innovation and positive change through technology. Inspiring girls to leverage technology as a tool for positive change, encouraging them to develop innovative solutions that address societal challenges, and contribute to the betterment of their communities.
