In Gomba Kanoni District of Uganda, we are directly involved in establishing a dedicated phone line or helpline where community members can call or text to share their feedback, ask questions, or seek assistance from our digital hub’s team. We ensure that trained staff are available to respond promptly and address inquiries effectively. This initiative aims to provide accessible support and foster community engagement, thereby assisting the people of Gomba Kanoni District in utilizing digital resources and overcoming any challenges they may encounter.
