Digital Skills Assessment and Training
In Gomba Kanoni District of Uganda, we are directly involved in conducting digital skills assessments to identify areas where individuals may need to enhance their skills to qualify for online job opportunities. Through these assessments, we gain insights into the specific digital skill gaps within the community. Subsequently, we offer tailored training programs and workshops aimed at helping individuals develop or improve their digital skills. These programs cover essential areas such as computer proficiency, internet navigation, and software proficiency, empowering community members to qualify for online job opportunities and participate more effectively in the digital economy. By addressing digital skill gaps and providing relevant training, we contribute to the socioeconomic development of the district by increasing employment prospects and fostering digital inclusion and empowerment.
