c. Economic Opportunities: Illustrating how digital skills can lead to income-generating opportunities, such as freelancing, online entrepreneurship, or access to remote work, can be a significant motivator, especially in rural areas with limited economic prospects.
Interventions:
a. Gender-Inclusive Programming: Implementing programs that specifically target girls and women and provide them with opportunities to learn and engage with technology in a supportive and inclusive environment, such as coding workshops, STEM camps, and mentorship programs.
